Shipping your package

  • Packages are generally shipped within 1 working day after receipt of payment (outside weekends).
  • They are sent via Letter followed, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Delivengo or any other carrier according to the country of destination, with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
  • Whatever the delivery method chosen, I send you a link to follow your package online.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs include the costs of Preparation and packaging , as well as shipping costs.
  • The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary as a function of Total weight of the package

  • I recommend that you group all your items in a single order, because it is not possible to group two orders placed at an interval day. Distinct shipping costs therefore apply to each order.
  • Your package is shipped at your own risk, but I pay particular attention to fragile objects.
  • The dimensions of the boxes are suitable and your items are properly protected.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have received an incorrect or damaged item, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Deadline to make a return

    • You have a delay of 14 Calendar days from the reception of your package to initiate a return.
    • Please contact me within this period to obtain the necessary instructions.
  2. Return conditions

    • The items must be returned in their original status , not used, complete, and in their original packaging (including any accessory or notice provided).
    • The return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on my part (eg incorrect or defective article).
